There is water coming out of the ground, should I care?

Absolutely!!! Any water coming out of the ground indicates a water main break and should be fixed in a hurry. Contact either Adam 920-583-6700 or Troy920-583-6400 and report suspicious bubbling immediately. This usually occurs in the cold weather months and a precursor to bubbling or ponding will be the loss of snow in an isolated area. Do not hesitate to call the DPW the moment you notice something suspicious.
