I want to come to the Village Board with a problem, what do I do?

Any one can come to a Village meeting to listen. There is a section in the agenda for public comments and concerns that will allow your voice to be heard. If you want to guarantee your soap box, you should call the clerk at 920-583-4087 at least 3 working days prior to the meeting and ask to be put on the agenda. The board will receive this beforehand and will be ready to receive you and your issue. Also, if the item is new and not on the agenda the board may not be able to act on it that day. So... to be safe, call ahead at least three days before the meeting and be put on the agenda, or take your chances, either way come and be a part of your Village and how it governs.
