My sewer seems to be backed up, now what?

Before you call a plumber, call the DPW, either Adam 920-583-6700 or Troy. They will come out and make sure its not a problem with the main line. If it is, you might be the first to notice and your report will save your neighbors a lot of hassle. If the problem is in the main line, it is the Village's responsibility to repair; conversely, if the problem isn't our line, it's yours and you will have to fix it out of your pocket.
